Events like Winter Hauntings and WeirdFest take more than practical magic to pull off.

They’re built by a community of creative, curious people who want to make something unforgettable. If you love storytelling, local culture, folklore, or just being around great energy, we’d love to have you join us.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

  • Event setup and welcoming guests

  • Assisting with author tables, book signings, or art exhibits

  • Helping at merchandise tables (zines, programs, books)

  • Supporting immersive storytelling activities and workshops

  • Creative odd jobs like set design, decor setup, or photography

No experience is necessary—just enthusiasm, reliability, and a spirit of adventure!
